The service

TankMail reads the tank report your company emails to its private TankMail address and sends each of your customers an email with their tank level, on the schedule you choose. Access is by invitation.

Tank levels are estimates

Levels come from your tank monitors through your report and are shown as estimates. They can be late, missing or wrong. TankMail is a convenience for your customers, not a replacement for your own delivery planning or a safety system.

Your responsibilities

• Only add customers you have a relationship with and who expect to hear from you.
• Keep your report address private and your staff logins secure.
• Make sure the wording you add to emails is accurate and lawful.

Fees

You pay the published price per active customer each month, with a monthly minimum, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Customers who are disabled or unsubscribed are not counted.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that send unwanted mail or do not pay. On request we delete your account data.

Liability

TankMail is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delivery decisions made from tank levels.
